Kim Severance, M.S and certified Recreational Specialist – Equine Specialist
Kim joined Soul friends as an Equine Specialist in June, 2022. She holds PATH certifications as a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor and an Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning. In addition, Kim has been working as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist since 2006, with a specialty in animal assisted therapy. Kim started riding horses around 6 years old and has a love for all animals, big and small. She understands the power of partnering with equines as a co-therapist, thanks to her own experiences in finding powerful connections with these beautiful, sentient beings.
